I started going to see Dr. Altman after about a 10-year hiatus from going to the dentist. Dr. Altman reassured me that he would get my dental progress back on track, and laid out a timeline for me to get up to speed. A combination of convenient scheduling, excellent service and top-notch dentistry keeps me coming back! Choosing Dr. Altman was a wise choice!

First time here, Everybody is amazing starting with the front desk! Brandy did a great job and the Dr. is very professional and friendly , listens to patient, no rushes. I’m so glad I went there, highly recommended!

I have been going to Altman dental for a year now, and I love Dr. Muto. She's very friendly and takes the time to explain everything to you. I recently saw Dr. Altman as well, and it was a very similar experience. I love that the entire staff is so welcoming, and each person explains everything that they are doing, from taking the xrays, to reviewing them, and even explaining my insurance coverage. Niki takes the time to work with your insurance and a build a profile, so as you go she can give you a more accurate prediction of how they will cover certain procedures. All in all, I have yet to have a bad experience here.

Dr. Altman’s Office came highly recommended to me and I’ve been very happy with my experience there. I first went in an emergency situation and they fit me in a couple days after my first call.Dr. Muno and her assistant Sharon have since done a few necessary procedures on my teeth. They always explained what they were doing and why they are doing it while going through the x-rays they took at my initial appointment. They have always been friendly and the procedures have had minimal discomfort. I regret I don’t remember the hygienist who did my first cleaning and exam, but she was very friendly as well.The rest of the staff has been nothing but friendly to me. They gave me the option to receive texts to confirm my appointments closer to the date and that works well for me. When I was a new patient, even though Dr. Altman wasn’t my dentist he made a point to introduce himself and welcome me as a patient when he saw me.

Best Dental Practice Around!
I cannot say enough about Altman Dental and its fabulous staff. I have been a patient here for over 3 years. They know my name when I walk in the door. They take the time to explain every step they are doing when performing my cleaning, exams, X-rays, etc. I also appreciate and value their honesty about procedures that can wait and what should be done now. They never make you feel bad about not flossing or brushing correctly (because let's face it, none of us are perfect and they understand that). With their vast knowledge and expert staff, I would recommend them to anyone looking to change dentists or anyone even remotely afraid of going to the dentist. They've got you covered!

Brandy is my cleaning technician and she does an excellent job being careful to make the experience is as comfortable as possible, this greatly appreciated and the attention to detail is noted! I would recommend their services to anyone looking to switch from their current dentist.

Dr Muto and the staff understand the need to help get prior approval from the insurance company to cover the procedures I needed on more than one tooth discovered to have issues on my routine xrays and cleaning. Very great helping me understand what I needed done and why.

I just had my first visit here recently. Everyone is so wonderful and incredibly nice. The dental hygienist, Brandi, was very sweet and made going to the dentist enjoyable. She explained everything when I had questions and just made me feel super comfortable. Can’t say enough good things about this place!

I was so impressed with the staff at Altman Dental from the receptionist to the dentist including Dr Altman. They make you feel so comfortable. They explain what treatment is best for you and why. You are not rushed. They allow as much time as needed for the visit. Very pleased.

Altman Dental is basically the dentist I've been looking for since I moved to Buffalo 10+ years ago. After a couple awful experiences with other dentists in the area I found Altman and couldn't be happier. Friendly staff, smooth insurance processing and quality dental work. I brought in my 2 year old for his first check up and he had a great time. My whole family is happy with Altman and I can see us coming back here for a looooooong time.

My wife and I have recently started to use Altman Dental and Dr. Muto as our dentist. She is very professional, knowledgeable and cares a great deal about her patients. The staff is helpful and keeps us informed of the out of pocket costs before any treatments. We are both very satisfied with the group.
