Welcome To The Month Of Love! February

We love our patients! We wanted you to know! Thank you for being a part of our family!

What’s new here?

  • $100 off our in-house whitening for our patients this month!Makes a great Valentine’s present for that special someone-and they’ll be able to smile even brighter!before_after_2
  • It’s Children’s Dental Health Month: have you brought your kids in for a cleaning recently? Don’t forget, routine dental hygiene cleanings are important at all ages. If you think your child’s school would like a visit from us, please let us know and we’ll see if we can come and do a presentation (tooth brushes included!).

  • We want to help you lead a healthy life! We are starting a Healthy Eating Workshop. These classes will help you learn healthy, oil-free and high nutrient density recipes. We hope to offer these classes the last Saturday of every month, depending on interest. Classes will be held by our certified plant-based chef, Jessica Meyers Altman. Advanced registration is required so Jessica can plan to have enough food samples for everyone, but these classes are free(although it’d be great if you could bring a can of food to donate to the Food Bank) to the public. Please RSVP and bring a friend! To RSVP:info@altmandental.com or give us a call and tell us how many plan on attending. Jessica’s website is gardenfreshfoodie.com

  • It’s also Heart Month! What does that mean? Drawing attention to your heart health, is just as important for us as your teeth. Why? You dental health is an indicator of both heart disease and diabetes. Those with periodontal disease are at much greater risk of diabetes and heart disease.  If you are interested in learning more about this, check out some of the articles we have posted on our Pintrest page, or ask us to discuss this with you. http://www.pinterest.com/altmandental/diabetes-and-dental-health/
